So I saw a news article about how San Fransisco will be offering free college tuition for city residents attending the City College of San Fransisco, regardless of income or credit status. And on the condition that they live in the city for over a year. The taxes that are being used to pay for this is a property tax for houses over $5 million. What are your opinions?
