please help. possible std..?

Okay. I need help. I've already schedule an appointment with my OB-GYN but until then I feel as though I'm losing my mind. I'm currently in a relationship and around four months we started having regular sex. At first I was fine, there was minimal bleeding, however one time the condom broke and I felt it snap inside me and it hurt. I bleed after that and ten minutes later I found a small piece of latex inside me. I wasn't able to visit my doctor. I took an emergency contraceptive a day later. That was a week ago. Since then I haven't been sexually active but my vagina has been really really dry. I asked my mother and said this was normal and that I could apply lube if it was really bothering me. I applied KY jelly three times on separate occasions. Now over a week later, my inner labia (labia minora) was slightly agitated so I looked and there are white bumps and what look like tears. They spread from the top down to the opening of my vagina. I am terrified. What is this?
