Pains

I am approximately 5 weeks and 1 day and my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage so I'm a little paranoid. I only had one day of pretty bad nausea so far and my boobs hurt but nothing intolerable. Today I am getting dull achy pains in the lower right side of my abdomen and in my lower back and sometimes a slight burning sensation in my abdomen at my bikini line as well. . No bleeding or spotting at all. I don't remember these sensations in the first one and I don't see the doctor until 2/27. Looking for any advice, please and thank you.
