Hi I will hopefully be going to my first ever gyno visit soon. I am getting a new doctor now and hope when i bring up some issues i am having he'll send me to one. I'm 20 and have never been examined or touched there by a doctor. What should i expect? It's very painful and uncomfortable for me to be touched there(one of the reasons I want to go) what do they exactly do at a visit?
