non obstructive azoospermia

Found out today it's a production problem urologist said to discuss donor adoption or not having kids. Waiting on the Y chromosome test n testosterone test to come back fsh was elevated twice then normal any success stories or plans i feel like the doctor said nothing or gave any options he basically said wait for testing n he will let us know if we have any at all I'm so lost plz help us
