We took my 2 week old son to the pediatric ER last night because he was wheezing and looked like he was having trouble breathing. They flushed out his nose with saline and suctioned him, and after that he was breathing a lot better. He tested negative for rsv and the flu (thank god). Now we are home and I've flushed out his nose on my own a few times, but the poor thing is still congested. We follow up with his pediatrician tomorrow.
