TMI!! 11 DPO!

My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive for over a year now and I am currently 11 dpo! I have been feeling very nauseous in the mornings lately and my nipples are tender and cramping, I think it may be aunt flow but I'm not sure. My discharge has been very thin and creamy and earlier we had sex and he said it feels more "wet" inside and I researched it and it said it could be leukorrhea in early conception. Please help!? Any ideas!? Any previous experiences!? We hope this our month but don't won't to get too excited just to get a BFN again..
