Should people who continuously have children while on welfare be allowed to have payments increased? (Eg, more child = more money).

Should women/families who continuously have children with no work in between be allowed to have welfare increased per child. 
Eg. stay at home mothers.

Yes simply because it is not the child's fault to what it was brought into so the child shouldn't have to go without just because the parents didn't make good choices.

I don't agree they should be using the system,I don't agree though that those kids should suffer either. Secondly, not all stay at home moms should be swept into that category. Some men do make plenty to support their families, some women work from home or work nights to help support their families. I get the example being given just saying not ALL are that way.

The parents financial situation is not the child's fault and said child shouldn't suffer because of their decisions. Now, if the mother/father stays home and the other parent works, that shouldn't mean they don't get welfare. Childcare is expensive and maybe they can't afford it, so one parent stays home with the kids. Each additional child will only make it harder for the stay at home parent to get out and work.

I don't know what the solution should be, but it can't be making the child/ren suffer. And taking away money would make them suffer.

Even if it is irresponsible to have kids when you can't afford them, accidents happen. And, accident or not, the parents still deserve to be able to eat, and the kids who had no say in the matter especially deserve to eat.
