1 Month Old Body Rash?

-Hi Ladies, I am a first time mom and my 1 month old has developed this body rash all over her entire body but majority of it is on her back. Any other moms experience this or have an idea as to what this could be? Pediatrician said to stop using lavender johnson and johnsons body wash but I haven't used that in almost a week and this has gotten more obvious.

Bath her in plan warm water for a few baths no soap and no lotions after  then try Aveeno baby bath unscetend and see how that works out for her then u will know if she is allergic to the J&J baby products and wash all her clothing and blankets

Looks like baby eczema to me-- my little guy has it.

Our doc recommended changing a million things (my diet, his supplemental formula, all the products we use, etc.)

Before rewriting everything, I focused on two main things--

1- eliminating dryer sheets and starting to wash MY clothes in the gentle baby detergent. His eczema is worse on his face, which presses against my shirts... I've noticed a huge improvement. His rash will flare up if someone else holds him for a stretch against their shirt.

2. aquafor. I was super resistant to this because it's basically petroleum jelly, but what can I say... it works.

Looks like baby acne to me. My son had it on his chest.

My son has this! We just came back from the doctors today. I was told it's ezcema and to use dove soap and a thick lotion after like by five or eucerin. She also so absolutely nothing scented and lots and lots of lotion. If it won't clear next step is steroids. Apparently it's pretty common for babies. Hope this helps
