I think I'm losing my baby

I work up with my back and hip hurting a little.went top the bathroom and everything was fine (no bleeding).about an hour later I went back in there and saw some blood but not a whole lot. This will be my 4 miscarriage in less than a year. I don't think I can keep doing this.
