best wash out dye?

So I'm planning to dye my hair TEMPORARILY purple at the ends for the up coming Easter holidays (2weeks) but i don't want to be messing with chalk or spray which just tats up my hair or ruins my pillows.

So what's the best brand for wash out hair dye? Btw I'm from England so the brand has to be available to me here.

Also I have temporarily dyed my hair blue a few years back which was a disaster and I wasn't allowed to bleach the ends of my hair for it and it went green on my hair. But I've since bleached my hair from dark- light brown.
