So today I'm 39.5. I'll be the full 40 weeks on Saturday. From my last appointment last week, i didn't dilate anymore. I'm still the same 3cm. But today i got my membrane stripped. After having it done there was pain in my back. Excruciating pain ☇☇☇. So i called L&D and they told me to rest up and drink plenty of fluids and take Tylenol. I did that. And the pain went away. My midwife told me she didn't expect to see me for my next appointment, which is Monday (she think I'll have my baby the weekend). So my question is, has anyone had their membrane stripped and how long did it take before going into labor?
