how do I deal with a crazy baby momma!?

Ok.. so... basically my boyfriend and I have been together for two years. We jumped right into things and have been living together for about a year and a half now and everything is awesome, except his ex girlfriend, who is also the mother of his child. He has a three year old little boy who I love to death but his mother HATES ME. She's been in love with my boyfriend still and will not let go. She refuses to let him see his child unless he leave me, says that I'm not aloud around her child because she doesn't want me playing "mom," and contantly texts/calls everyday. She sends pictures of herself, of their child, anything to get his attention. She will even ask him why they don't just have another child together. I'm slowely losing my mind. It's been three years!!! If you have any advice, reassurance, ANYTHING would help. I'd love to hear all opinions from current baby mommas, step moms, girls in my position, or even if you can't relate but still have some sort of opinion.

If he doesn't have a court ordered visitation plan in place, then he needs to see a lawyer and get one.  If he has one and she's not abiding by it, then he needs to talk to a lawyer about having it enforced.

I'd say take her ass to court. Cause she can't legally keep his child away from him. He has every right to see his child. Get a custody agreement.

I was 17 and my boyfriend (now husband) was 21 with a 3 year old from a previous relationship. From 3 years to 6 years I would correct her when she would call me mommy, I'd tell her that I was her daddy's girlfriend and she could call me Jessica. My husband got full custody of his daughter when she was 6 years old. She lived with us, and her mother had weekend visitations. We always documented everything regarding issues with her mother. Always carry your court papers! When she would call our house or my husbands phone he would always ask her what she was calling for, if she didn't want to talk to her daughter or it didn't pertain to their daughter then he would hang up. She would show up at the school or my inlaws house to see her on unscheduled visits too. My husband and inlaws would tell she needed to leave, but she would cry and make scenes and when the cops were called my husband always had his court papers to show and she was forced to leave. I did sit down with her in my home and talked to her with my husband there, explained to that since her daughter lived with me and her dad that I was not taking her place, but to let her know she had another person who loved and cared about her daughter as well. That I wasn't the enemy! By 8 Amber was calling me mom regularly and when I tried to correct her, she flat out said you're my other mom ok. So I talked to my husband and he agreed if I was ok with it, he was fine with it. It wasn't always sunshine and rainbows, especially when my husband and I had 2 kids together.
 But we've all come a long way and through it all we became more civil to each other. 18 years I've been by my husbands side and together we've raised Amber with her mother and stepfather participating in her life as well.

You should make sure he takes it to court. If there's nothing genuinely wrong with you, there is absolutely no reason for that girl to act like that. I'm sure the court will see that too. Also, just have him tell her not to speak to him unless it's about his child, and if she tries to speak about other things tell him to just ignore her. Or, if it's a huge problem, have him change his phone number. Make sure that all schools, babysitters, and hospitals have the new one but know not to give it out though. Then, have everything between them just go through you. Honestly, if she's crazy enough, you might have to.

Tell him to take her to court. Get his right out in court documents and if she doesn't follow she can get into trouble. Document everything that she says. He needs to stand up for you and for his so . He is afraid to stand up to her and put her in her place because he is scared she will take his son away. She doesn't have a say about who her sons dad brings around their child, unless said child is in danger from that person. She is immature and a terrible person for treating someone who is willing to love and care for her son when she can't.

I would take to her court because at the end of the day the baby didn't ask to be born. Every child needs their father/mother. She needs to grow up and understand that he moved on so she needs to as well. If it gets worse till the point she keeps not letting him see his son take that hoe to court. She is being so childish it's not hard being mother. The only reason why she making it so hard is because she's to busy about you and her baby's father.
