Hey ladies, I have high Blood Pressure. It started during my first pregnancy and never went way. I am now on Nifedipine and Hydroclorothyazide. My husband and I found out 4 days ago we are expecting our second!! Has anyone else gotten pregnant on these meds? Are they safe for the pregnancy? My doc appointment is in the morning. Just wondering. Also, if any one has had high blood pressure before getting pregnant, did you wind up having a c-section or were you able to deliver vaginally?
