HELP!!!! waking every hour

For the past 2 weeks, my 6 month old has been sleeping from 8pm till 1 am then waking up every single hour after that. He had an ear infection which cleared up. He has no fever. Everytine he wakes up, he cries alot. He has also learned to roll both ways recently so he tries to do that in his sleep also, which he eventually ends up waking his self up. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?
