whats wrong with my body????

So at the beginning of January I got a steroid shot for allergies (Kenalog) and I also occasionally take an anxiety pill and a week later I got my period it was a regular period it lasted 5-6 days and I spotted for a week after that off and on and then I got my period again on the 29 and had a regular to heavy flow for 3 days and then it abruptly stopped and my nipples have been a little sensitive. Could my hormones be off balance?
