shock like feeling cramps while on period
Every time I'm on my period, the second day or third day I get these painful cramps😩 they start from my lower part of my stomach then travel to my butt, it's like a coming and going thing of sharp contractions . It doesn't matter if I'm wearing a pad or tampon this always happens it's been going on for years.
So if anyone knows how to help the pain go away please let me know🙌🏾💛
