My labor story

So I was 3 days over due, went to get an ultrasound done to check the fluid. Found out it was really low and was sent right over to Labor and Deliever to be admitted. I was closed, high, and thick when I got there so I was given pitocin To help jump start labor. The pitocin helped and my body started to contract on its own. Some around 6ish I was given narcotic to ease the pain because I wasn't 4-5 cm yet to get the epicdural. I was feeling ok and all of sudden I was placed on my hands and knees because baby's heart beat had dropped. I don't remember how long I was on my hands and knees but I didn't feel like it was forever but baby boy's heart rate went back to normal and I was checked and was at 5 cm.

So they gave me the epidural and once again baby's heart beat dropped. The doctor came in a told me she was not ok with processing further with a vaginal birth. So an unplanned C-section went on....at 8:40 Baby boy came out not breathe for a few second but screamed his little head off a little

Over a few minute after coming out. If not for the doctor that made the decision to go ahead with the C section he might not have made it through a vaginal labor. But all went smooth sailing after that and baby boy and I are doing get :)
