could I be pregnant ?

So first week of January I had (what I thought) was a urine infection, ended up going to out of hours GP who didn't really do much except prescribe me antibotics and send me on my way. My husband was convinced it was my pill and told me to stop taking my pill as I had ran 2 packs together over xmas/new year. Got my period few days after stopping. Took the antibotics and thought nothing more of it. 

Obviously while being on the antibotics I've done the deed with my husband. 

Decided to keep on taking the pill as my husband is an idiot thinks pulling out is going to be a safe option 🙈 I know it's not hence the reason I kept taking the pill.

However a few weeks later the burning with the urine came again, went to see my own go this time and he did all the swabs and sent a urine away for infection testing ah the labs. And gave me different antibotics to take in the mean time. However this all came back totally fine - no infection detected etc there was just blood in my urine. Done another one just incase and it came back no abnormalities. However I have now finished another months pill pack (took my last one last Saturday this is now Friday evening) and no sign of my period. Which is unusual as it always comes within 2/3 days of stopping. 

Could I be pregnant as I've had sex while

on antibotics forgetting that it cancels out my pill?
