Boy or Girl?

This is 12w5d abdominal ultrasound. I'm currently 18 weeks, but next U/S isn't until 24 weeks -- I'm dying to know boy or girl, so I'm posting our last U/S photo. What do you think? I've heard it's a girl if the placenta is to the right and boy if it's to the left.
