I had one of the most traumatizing birth story's and I want to share with everyone as soon as I'm healed and find peace with it. The top picture is my belly the day I went into labor and the other two are my PP pictures a 11 days after. I can honestly say getting back in shape and having my little boy has helped me so much with PPD. I would love to see your ladies before and after pictures and hear your birth story to maybe help come at peace with mine! 🙂💙
