help please

Can someone help me out? I'm five weeks four days measuring five weeks. I woke up to bleeding so I went to the er. They said they don't see a baby but they do see a healthy yolk sac. My cervix is close still. They said there might be a chance there's still an baby and that we just can't see the embryo yet. But I'm bleeding still :( anyone else have this happen and still continue a healthy pregnancy? My heart is so broken 💔
