Daith piercing!!? 👂🏼cure for Migraines?

Has anyone ever tried this to calm/cure migraines did it work?? Im debating in wether i should do it or no since i feel it would hurt horrible 😰😰

And if i do does it matter which ear it is?? Right or left?

I got my left ear done, i was a mess worrying about pain. 😂 but it doesn't last, it's like 45 seconds of pain, it's not even bad. And it has helped, I haven't had a bad migraine for like a year.

It was a temp fix for my aunt, she still has them but her migraines came back. I tried it, but my ears are so small they wouldn't heal right. My boyfriend had to cut them out bc of how much they kept bleeding, and there was no room
To maneuver to turn the ball. But there isn't any research to actually back it up.

I have a daith on my left ear. Most possibility piercing i ever got. And I've had 11. Felt like I wanted my soul to escape my body to run from the pain.
Haven't really noticed a difference in my headaches. They're not migraines though so I'm not sure if it would do anything anyway. I just got it cuz it looked cool.

i have both sides pierced. i get headaches but definitely not migraines. they help!! plus they didn't hurt that bad either

I have constant daily migraines and I get acupuncture every 2 weeks and botox every 3 months, that combination helps me a lot. I have asked my doctor about the piercing but I was told there was no actual research about it so it couldn't be recommended but I have heard a lot of good things about it :)

Idk if piercings work.. But botox sure does.. I don't know if that's something you'd like to try though.
