Hey mammas who are working out, how are you fitting it into you're day ? Just curious to see what others are doing? Would love to see some tips
I usually get up at 5am to go on a run and pass the baby monitor over to daddy while I'm out. I typically get back before everyone is awake to start the day. (My Little guy consistently wakes up st 8am) and then I sneak in some core/arm exercises while we're playing throughout the day
