Please help!!

I started what I thought was my period yesterday. But it wasn't a bright red blood and it wasn't heavy at all. The cramps on the other hand were terrible. I went to the bathroom and sat for awhile and got out two large peices of lining.  But still hardly any blood this morning. Actually hardly none at all. Kind of watery brown blood. Not sure what's really going on! I am very very nausuas. I didn't eat dinner cuz I thought i was going to throw up last night. This morning I choaked down my morning coffee. Please help! I am new to PCOS. I got dinagnosied in January!
