help with ovulation day???

I had my period start (spotting) on 28th of January and finished on 2nd of February (spotting).. how do I work out when I ovulate? Is it 14 days from start of period? Meaning today Iv ovulated? Sorry I'm new to all this...

If you have a regular cycle (meaning that the first day of your periods are 28 days apart), then you would typically ovulate on day 14 where day 1 is the 1st day of your period.
