7 week getting paranoid

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I have been taking care of myself and getting more information about my baby. But recently I have watched tons of videos and they talk about how 7 weeks I'm still in risk of miscarriage, how high is the risk?? Getting really paranoid 😵
