I'm confused on all levels on what exactly to look for on the chart did I ovulate when did I ovulate when is my temp suppose to start to stay up when it dips what does it mean just LOST 😐

I totally gave up on that damn chart lol......I just check my cervix and when it starts getting soft and high is when I know I'm about to ovulate.

It looks to me like you ovulated on the 10th. It can take up to 3 days for your bbt to jump up.
