TMI PHOTO BLEEDING TMI

I am about 5-6 weeks pregnant. I've had two miscarriages before at 10 weeks and 12 weeks, both in the middle of the night, woke up to pee and it just all came out. Since I found out I've been pregnant I've had spotting. It's gotten slightly worse. I went to my obgyn Friday because I knew I couldn't wait all weekend not knowing, and they saw the gestational sac measuring as it should, too early to see a baby. The response to the bleeding was "some people just bleed". The bleeding is every time I wipe. The pad pic was from a whole day of wearing it. But when I wipe its consistently this heavy. No clots really. Has anyone had this? Looking for stories to help ease my mind til tomorrow. Also hcg levels are good and high went from 190 last Thursday to 4100 this past Thursday. I'm also on baby aspirin and progesterone suppositories. Sorry for the gross pictures but am so worried and doctor said there isn't much he can do until I'm further along.
