Metformin or Clomid helped you ovulate with your PCOS?

PCOS?" /> I have PCOS , and have been trying for 4 years to get pregnant. My sister does not have PCOS ,but was prescribed Metformin. I was just curious..which would possibly be the best for me ,knowing I have PCOS ?

I have PCOS.. I am taking Metformin...It helped me ..  but unfortunately I lost the baby at 9 weeks of pregnancy...

I've been trying for 4 years as well. I was also diagnosed with PCOS.  I took both clomid and metformin x 3 cycles before but unfortunately failed. Now we will be doing IVF.
