Depression after sex?

Okay so me and my feincee have amazing sex then after for some reason I get depressed and sad an I'm not sure why ?could it be because I had a baby in September and my body is still adjusting back to normal ?any input is welcome

This is normal for some girls. It shouldn't happen but it does. Some feel guilty .
