im scared I'm pregnant....help

Okay I'm on sprintec bc so my period is every 28 days. I've been on bs for about 2 years. I haven't missed any pills this or last month. I had sex about a week ago but we used condoms and he didn't cum. Around 8 days before my period I got some light spotting when I wiped. Now I'm 4 days away from my period and I'm experiencing discharge with like light pink and brown but not a lot. I'm really scared that I'm pregnant. Is this implantation bleeding? We double protected please help.
