No HCG, but didn't pass sac
After 13 weeks, my HCG levels were finally at zero. I thought I had passed the sac around that time. I started bleeding and cramping a couple days ago, assumed it was my period, because it was due, but all the sudden the placenta fell out in the toilet! Has anyone had no HCG but still didn't pass the sac?
