My friend's parents were told they could never conceive. At 47 they were surprised to find out that they were expecting! My friend (the baby) was born when his parents were 48. He is a successful attorney now & has no developmental or physical health issues... So truly you never know! Good luck to you. 🌟

Both my grandmothers gave birth after age 46 to oops pregnancies. My aunt& uncle were born without any health problems or complications and are perfectly normal functioning people. Normal pregnancies in 40's and 50's happens frequently. Best of wishes❤️

My mother-in-law had her youngest naturally at 48 I think! If not 48 it was around there, she’s in her early 60’s and her youngest is 14 😅.

My friend's mom had a spontaneous pregnancy at age 48, she delivered the baby at 49, but there were serious complications with the baby's health. The baby was born with TGA (transposition of the great arteries) and had to have open heart surgery at 3 days old. He's doing "well" one year on, but he will need heart surgeries throughout his childhood. The TGA was a result of her advanced age at the time of conception/ birth. TGA can happen to any mother at any age, but the chances are significantly greater for mothers over 40. I'm sorry if this wasn't helpful, but it was all I know about mothers over age 47. It definitely CAN happen, that's for certain! Best of luck!
