Too tired for my toddler!

I have a super active 3 year old and love to play with him but lately I've had zero energy when I get home from work and I feel so bad for him! I don't know what to do, I don't want him to feel ignored or that I'm not into playing with him, I'm just SO tired. Any one else have this problem and what do you do with your toddlers when you feel this way?
