Don't Know what's going on with my body

I had a tubal reversal in December and since I have had 1 full cycle I was actually on my period when I had the procedure fast forward I am now on cycle day 33 and while I know my tubes are now open I honestly just for some reason don't believe I would get pregnant quickly I took a pregnancy test today and it said no.  I have felt like I was coming on for 3 days and nothing.  I thought I knew my body and thought I was ovulating on Jan 24 and then again I had that ovulating pain on Feb 1 my breast are sore and I have not had breast soreness premenstrual since I was a teen which was 20 years ago, my husband has asked if I'm pregnant and honestly don't know.  Normally my nipples are a tell tale sign for me but I don't have this just the soreness.  I know all this is a lot to ask if someone has experienced but I guess I would like to know if someone has been late and had some pregnancy symptoms but not pregnant or should I retest in a few days if period is a no show
