bbt charting
Can someone help me read this? This is the first month charting. I was trying to read online but it just confuses me. I was under the impression that you had to have .5-1 degree increase to show when ovulation occurred. In my case, that isn't happening? I had a huge dip in temp then slowly increase again as you can see. I got Positive opk on Friday and Saturday.
