Advice- traveling and concerts

Hey all. So I just got word that Metallica (dream to see them) is going to be in San Antonio Texas on June 14th. I checked my weeks and I'll be 32 weeks pregnant on date of concert. San Antonio is a 3 1/2 hour drive from where I live. Tickets go on sale tomorrow and wondering if I could get tickets and buy the insurance for a refund in case we can't make it and doctor advises against it. Tickets will sell quick. Has anyone travelled around that time?
