How do you handle hormones in the first trimester?
Ladies, I thought we could all share how we deal with our fluctuating emotions on a daily (often times minute to minute) basis. I'm at 5 weeks, in the early stages, and that "I could cry at any moment about anything" heart sinking feeling is ever present! I'm trying to keep up with my yoga practice and walking for exercise to help myself. I think self love is so important too. The struggle is real! Please share 😊
