medications while pregnant

Hello Ladies, I just found out I'm pregnant (3w4d) and I called my obgyn to schedule my first ultrasound at 8 weeks on March 16th, 2017. Now the nurse never asked me what medications I was on (if any) and I forgot to mention it. I'm currently on Metformin, Vyvanse, Paxil, and Abilify. I am honestly TERRIFIED to stop taking these medications. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage because I stopped taking my metformin and I can't control my bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and ADHD efficiently without my medications. I also cannot take Zoloft because it made my suicidal tendencies worse! Ladies, any of you stay on your medications while pregnant and your baby come out healthy and not addicted? My Paxil and Vyvanse are addictive and I'm afraid to suffer withdrawals while pregnant. Last time I had to end my Paxil I would always faint and have seizures.
