I'm about 3 to 4 weeks pregnant. I have my first ultrasound tomorrow but for a week now I've been having cramps. They aren't super painful but they are consistent. I'm not bleeding but again I do feel them every day not all day but mostly for a good 3 hours. Does anyone else feels that way? It makes me so nervous every time I feel them and since I've had so many cysts in the past and struggled with fertility I can't help but to think the worse.
