constant headaches everyday and they don't seem to go away😩 anyone else? I didn't have this my whole first trimester and now once I hit my second trimester it's way worse!

I get tension headaches from tight muscles in the neck, shoulders and back.  Try stretching and having someone rub you.
Could also be a lack of caffeine.

I'm 14 weeks and have had them for about 2 weeks now. I read online to take a magnesium supplement so I asked me doc and she ok'd it. I take 500mg per day and I haven't had a headache in 3 days 😊 maybe you can try some too! Hope you feel better soon!

I have them when I am dehydrated. They are usually better after I up my water intake & count my ounces.
