Sick and don't know what to do

I know this isn't period related and I know this is a <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">period app</a> but I don't know what to do.. i just came back from a vacation and last night before I went to bed I felt like throwing up so I went to sleep and thought it would go away and was just from my birth control because it sometimes makes me nauseous anyway this morning I woke and a felt dizzy and like everything was spinning I couldn't even walk an dthe only way to make it stop kinda was laying down. I was on my way to school and threw up a little bit and still felt dizzy and my stomach hurt like really bad. I laid down all day and haven't ate anything and I can't move unless I wanna feel dizzy and now I have a fever and I feel hot then cold. My mom had the same thing this morning but she is better now. I think it might be a stomach bug but I am not sure. If you know what it might be or anything I can do to stop it please comment t will mean a lot 💕
