ORAL STD???!!!

I'm sort of worrying. Two saturdays ago I gave a guy a bj. We weren't anything serious and only "talking." Four days ago I deleviped painful white spots on my tonsils. Today I tested negative for strep. Kids around my high school have been having really sore throats so this could really go either direction...thoughts?? No negativity please 😊
