I have the Medela Pump In Style Advanced.  I can't seem to produce much milk. My baby is almost 4 weeks and I currently have plugged milk ducts in my right breast. I was told to pump after I try to nurse her but I am only getting a few drops in a 20 minute pumping session. Before the plugged ducts, I wasn't able to pump a lot either..an ounce at the most. Can someone explain how they pump? It is the most uncomfortable thing for me. When I do pump, I feel like I am hand expressing the milk and doing the work for the pump. Any advice is welcome!! Thanks!
