My husband and I had progressive and our card says September through febuary16th but we didn't make payment for the last to months so it got cancelled but our cards still send February 16th . Today me and my husband were in a basically head on collision the other driver at fault even the officer had said they were at fault ( they tried to turn left into Cvs because someone in the straight lane gave them the go ahead but didn't see my husband and I comming then the right lane to the light) so my question is since we were at fault will there insurance pay for my car
