How the fuck can they do that?! Doesn't it violate our first amendment rights?! You can get a fine from $100-$500 on first offences and depending on the type of porn. Or you can face up to 30 days in jail or a permanent prison sentence!! Obviously if it's child porn fucking go for it! But you cannot tell a grown as adult what we do with our bodies and what we watch in our own time as long as it is not child related! I fucking hate living in this state!! The church should stay the fuck out of the laws and states business! There is a separation for a damn reason!
