Home remedies for a sore throat?

I usually get sick in the winter...I'm surprised I've made it this long but I finally have a sore throat. I'm about 15 and a half weeks along...any suggestions on safe ways to help with this sore throat?

Honey and lemon with throat coat tea (decide for yourself if you feel the tea is safe).

You can still take the throat sprays. Just make sure you don't swallow it. Spit it out after spraying.

You can use cough drops still.. also gummy candy like fruit snacks, if you suck on them and let them melt in your mouth the gelatin or fruit pectin will coat your throat.. it's a temporary relief. Also marshmallows do the same.

I have a sore throat too :( I usually take apple cider vinegar but read I'm not suppose to drink that because it's unpasteurized :/ I would appreciate safe remedies as well
