Usually Day 1 I don't want to be bothered because the cramps are bad 😣 ... A heating pad and maybe a Tylenol (rarely) to help ease the pain ... other than that I love belly rubs ❤❤ gummy bears and my other favorite  snacks 🙄🙄 ..
