Could this be a sign that I will go into labor soon?

Today I just can't wake up... my face is swollen and I'm super emotional. I'm 37+4. I have cramps and tightening in my belly. The most I did today was shower.. can't shake the exhaustion! Last night I felt achey and sick. Could this be a sign that I will go into labor soon?
